This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Document”) covers the methods of collection, processing and use of your personal data by “Aral Qrup” LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) when using our website and the products or services we offer, the scope of entities with whom such data may be shared, other key principles regarding the protection of such information, and your rights as a customer. The Company operates in compliance with applicable legislation in this regard and fully guarantees the confidentiality and security of the information of its customers and partners.
The Company hereby declares that the collection of personal data of the subject, such as first name, surname, patronymic, phone number, or e-mail address, is carried out for the purpose of introducing potential customers to commercial offers and will be used for the purposes specified by the Company or the operator.
The placement of personal data on the website by the subject is carried out on a voluntary basis and is protected by the Company and the operator from the moment it is submitted. By placing personal data on the website, the subject consents to the collection, processing, and storage of such data by the Company or the operator.
The personal data provided by the subject (first name, surname, patronymic, phone number, and e-mail address) are protected by the Company in accordance with Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data”. In relation to the personal data resource owned by the Company, the Subject has the following rights:
- to obtain information from the Company or the operator regarding the existence of personal data about him/her;
- to request legal justification for the collection, processing, and transfer of personal data concerning him/her to third parties, and to obtain information about the legal consequences that such collection, processing, and transfer may create for the subject;
- to familiarize himself/herself with the content of personal data collected about him/her in the personal data resource;
- to know the purpose, terms, and methods of collection and processing of personal data concerning him/her, the circle of persons authorized to access his/her personal data, including the information systems ensuring data exchange;
- except for cases established by law, to request the modification or destruction of any personal data collected about him/her, as well as to submit a request for archiving such data in accordance with the established procedure;
- to demand prohibition of the collection and processing of personal data concerning him/her;
- to obtain information about the sources of any personal data collected about him/her and to demand proof of the legality of such data;
- to demand protection of any personal data collected about him/her;
- to exercise other rights established by the Law and other normative legal acts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The personal data collected by the Company from the subject are stored in the personal data resource created by the Company.
The meanings of the main terms used in this Document correspond to the meanings provided in the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data”.
By placing personal data on the website in the prescribed manner, the subject agrees to the terms of this Document.
